COACHING SESSION

Initial session where we formulate a comprehensive vision of your plant based lifestyle along with goals to help you get there. 

It is easier than you think!

FOLLOW UP HALF HOUR
WEEKLY OR BI-WEEKLY SESSIONS

Weekly 30 minute sessions comprised of support, suggestions and goal setting to help you achieve a whole food plant based lifestyle. Text and email support in between sessions is also provided to answer any questions that may arise.

I am here for you as you learn to make plant based eating a reality!
