As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I focus on assisting people who are interested in transitioning to a whole food plant-based lifestyle out of medical need or personal preference. I have seen so many transform their lives by making the change to plant-based eating and am passionate about assisting others in making this transformation.

In addition to being a certified health and wellness coach, I hold a masters in clinical social work from New York University and spent time practicing as a therapist. As I journeyed into various areas of health and wellness, I attained an NASM certification in personal training. My interest in the impact of food on our health led me to pursue a certificate in plant based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell. My certification in health and wellness coaching from Wellcoaches School of Coaching provided the knowledge to assist people in making long lasting behavioral change. After receiving this certification, I went on to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Additionally , I obtained a coaching certification from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and recently completed Dr. Klaper’s Master Class in Plant Based Nutrition.
I am currently the Community Support Facilitator for Plant Powered Metro New York where I am involved in facilitating Support Circles, Virtual Potlucks, and providing mentorship and coaching. Plant Powered Metro New York provides wonderful information and invaluable support to people interested in a whole food plant based lifestyle. I am honored to be a part of their team.

All of my past and continuing education as well as my experience working with individuals and groups has helped me assist many individuals in making beneficial, long lasting health and behavioral change.
